Responsibilities
Provide outpatient psychotherapy sessions as requested by patients; face-to-face, virtual, and / or telephone
Complete initial Psychosocial Assessments, formulate Treatment Plans and determine diagnosis
Implement appropriate therapeutic interventions to work toward established goals to alleviate distressing symptoms
Coordinate care with prescribers
Provide timely documentation to support medical necessity
Full-time or Part-time positions available with minimum of 20 appointments per week
12-month contract required for continuity of care for patients
Qualifications
Must have a license to practice in the State of Texas, LCSW, LPC, LMFT
Dedicated to providing quality mental healthcare
Prior inpatient or outpatient experience required
Able to honor a 12-month minimum commitment for continuity of care for patients
Must be culturally aware and able to work with and treat a diverse patient population
Professional demeanor
Experience working with geriatric population a plus but not required
Experience offering marital / couples and / or family therapy a plus but not required
Must live a commutable distance to Kingwood, TX - PLEASE DETERMINE BEFORE APPLYING
