JOB DESCRIPTION
Are you a former college/high school player who is looking to be surrounded by a supportive and innovative coaching environment? Do you hold a strong passion for seeing athletes grow both in the classroom and on the court? Do you want to be a role model and a guide for the young women and males in your community? You want to be paid for doing something you love? If you answered yes, then we may want to talk with you about joining our staff as a Volleyball Coach!
We are looking for head and assistant coaches for the 2025-2026 club season. The season ranges from November - June. Practices will be 2x/week, in the evenings and range from Sunday - Thursday depending on the specific team. Tournaments will be 1-2x/month for the duration of the season. We have national and regional teams. National teams will travel out-of-state 1-2x; regional teams will travel around Texas, 1-2x out of Houston area.
Our coaches must be patient, reliable, fun, punctual, and enjoys working with children. Must be able to work with a large group in a fun manner.
The ideal candidate will have the following talents:
- Extensive knowledge of volleyball Experience coaching older girls Ages 12 and UP Is able to break down drills clearly Communicate well verbally and in writing. Have reliable transportation. Be a team player. Understand the dynamics of a volleyball club Think outside the box and communicate new ideas and visions.
