Job Title: Junior Project Engineer
Location: Mesa, AZ
Pay: $18 - $25/hourly *Depending on experience and job stability demonstrated on resume*
The Project Engineer serves as a liaison between estimators, project managers, and field teams, assisting with the planning, management, and administration of projects. The role requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, quick learning, and effective communication.
Responsibilities:
- Manage contracts, routing, and filing executed contracts
- Procure payment performance bonds (if required)
- Copy and distribute correct plans for Superintendent & Sub use
- Create and update submittal transmittals/logs, and file returned submittals
- Review quotes with the estimating team for accuracy
- Create and maintain jobsite contact list
- Conduct jobsite visits to verify subcontractor quantities
- Additional duties as assigned
