Pay:
Responsibilities:
- Document control (Contracts, Submittals, RFIs)
- Review subcontracts, purchase orders, and quotes with estimating team
- Jobsite visits to verify installed quantities
- Assist project manager with budget creation and financial monitoring
- Create and maintain project CPM schedule
- Prepare and distribute weekly financial reports
- Assist Project Foreman with material procurement and inventory
- Manage sub-tier contractors and suppliers
- Bachelor's Degree
- 2 years of Construction industry experience
- Exceptional attention to details
