Job Title: Project Manager

Location: Mesa, AZ

Pay: $80,000 - $140,000 *Depending on years of experience and job stability*

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage heavy civil projects from budgeting to closeout
• Oversee financial aspects, cost reports, and WIP processes
• Plan schedules, resources, and materials procurement
• Ensure timely, high-quality project completion
• Resolve client concerns and monitor fieldwork progress
• Estimate and negotiate change orders
• Manage project documentation (RFIs, submittals, etc.)
• Oversee project engineers and support staff
• Travel as needed (expenses paid)
