Job Summary

We are seeking skilled and reliable Equipment Operators (with experience in civil sitework construction) to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for operating a variety of heavy equipment used in construction, maintenance, and other industrial projects. The ideal candidate will have a strong work ethic, excellent safety practices, and a commitment to getting the job done right.

Key Responsibilities

• Operate heavy equipment such as loaders, scrapers, dozers and excavators in a safe and efficient manner.
• Perform daily equipment inspections to ensure proper functionality and safety compliance.
• Collaborate with team members and supervisors to complete projects on time and within specifications.
• Follow all safety guidelines, company policies, and project-specific requirements.
• Conduct basic maintenance on equipment and report any mechanical issues promptly.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Valid Arizona driver’s license (Class A CDL preferred).
• Proven experience operating heavy equipment in a civil sitework construction environment.
• Strong understanding of safety protocols and regulations.
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints, maps, and instructions.
• Physical stamina and ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions.
