Field Service Technician needed in the East Texas Region
Kinloch Equipment & Supply is an industry leader in supplying equipment to governmental agencies and contractors that assist those agencies in maintaining the infrastructure. We are a distributor for Elgin Street Sweepers, Vactor Sewer Cleaners and other top-quality equipment to maintain streets, sewer and storm drains.
We are looking for a highly qualified field service technician for our East Texas customers including the City of Tyler, City of Terrell, City of Marshall and all areas surrounding. The technician will be supplied with a service truck, generator, compressor, cell phone, laptop and PM trailer. Our Field Service Technicians supply their own tools.
Specific Duties Include:
- Diagnose, inspect, recondition, repair, assemble, and service equipment as assigned by the supervisor.
- Document machine information and repairs completed on work order, including parts and fluids used.
- Maintain a clean work area, as well as care for all machines, and equipment.
- Identify and communicate solutions for customer service opportunities
- Maintain technical and product knowledge on all equipment sold by dealership
- Maintain a positive and professional working relationship with peers, management, and customers, with a constant commitment to teamwork and exemplary customer service.
- Perform all duties assigned by management in a professional and efficient manner.

Pay: $30.00 - $35.00per hour

Experience/Requirements
- Mechanic: 2 years (Preferred)
- Hydraulic, mechanical and electrical experience
- Clean driving record
- Have or able to get CDL
- Well organized with paperwork
- Able to use computer for time punches and notes
