Kinloch Golf Club (KGC) is seeking a highly motivated individual to join its team as an Assistant-in-Training (AIT).
The club, founded in 2000, has consistently been rated one of the top golf clubs in the United States. Designed by Lester George and Marvin 'Vinny' Giles, KGC prides itself on delivering a premium golf experience in the mid-Atlantic region and beyond.
Course Details
- Tees, greens, and fairways feature L-93 Creeping Bentgrass.
- The surrounding 1st cuts and primary rough are comprised of Kentucky Bluegrass and Turf Type Tall Fescue.
KGC is proud to be a partner of the USGA and has hosted two national championships: the 2011 Senior Amateur and the 2024 Mid-Amateur.
The Assistant-in-Training will report to one of the senior assistant superintendents and be integrated into all phases of golf course maintenance operations. The end goal of this position is to ascend to a senior Agronomy Grounds Crew Superintendent (AGCS) role or move on to another club in a more senior capacity.
