Integration Technical Product Owner

Role Summary:

We are seeking a skilled Integration Technical Product Owner to lead the vision and prioritization of features for our product/platform. This role combines strong technical expertise in integrations with managerial skills to effectively manage vendor relationships and intricate processes.

Key Responsibilities:

- Define and communicate the squad's vision and roadmap.

- Prioritize the product backlog based on customer needs and business requirements.

- Balance business value with technical feasibility for cost optimization.

- Act as the "voice of the customer to ensure valuable solutions.

- Manage squad resources, onboard new team members, and oversee performance metrics.

- Collaborate with the Product/Platform Manager on value communication.

- Ensure compliance with security, privacy, and regulatory standards.

- Drive continuous improvement initiatives and manage technical debt.

- Engage with third parties and coordinate with other squads for synchronized tasks.

- Facilitate release and sprint planning, and communicate progress to stakeholders.

- Document business processes and maintain product documentation.

Key Skills and Qualifications:

- In-depth knowledge of technology and industry best practices

- Experience in requirements gathering and translating them into actionable user stories.

- Proven ability in managing product backlogs and release pians.

- Strong understanding of customer journeys and experiences, particularly in Integration, Data Engineering, Cybersecurity, and Intelligent Automation.
