SUMMARY: The Lobby Attendant is responsible for the overall cleanliness of the lobby of the hotel, ensuring guest satisfaction, and meeting quality standards.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- To ensure that the lobby, restrooms, and public areas are maintained, debris free, and sanitized frequently
- To assist in servicing the pool/fitness area when needed
- To ensure the guest room corridors and stairwells remain debris free
- Assist in any housekeeping amenity requests towels, toiletries, rollaway beds, etc.
- Conduct VIP turn down services and provide housekeeping services upon request
- Assist with any special projects as assigned by the Director of Housekeeping or member of the Leadership team.
- Checks all equipment prior to and after its use to ensure that it is in good working order
- Performs other related duties as assigned by management

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE:
- Previous hotel and/or customer service experience preferred

SALARY: $17-17.50/hour

Salary : $17 - $18
