Construction Superintendent

Headquartered in Flagstaff, our people have helped us stand out as northern Arizona’s premier construction firm. We currently have an exceptional opportunity for an experienced Superintendent.

Role and Responsibilities :

Cultivate and maintain effective, professional relationships with project team members, including owners, architects, engineers, and trade partners.
Oversee jobsite safety requirements, ensuring compliance and proactive reporting.
Plan, coordinate, and supervise field operations for a range of projects, from simple to complex.
Provide technical direction and ensure the overall quality of work meets high standards.
Set productivity goals, measure performance, and drive continuous improvement.
Create and maintain efficient construction schedules and coordinate with trade partners for labor, materials, and equipment.
Contribute to project financial success.

Requirements :

Strong collaborative skills and a commitment to continuous growth and development within the industry.

10 years of experience as a Superintendent in commercial construction, including new construction, renovation, and tenant improvement projects.

OSHA 30-Hour Certification.

Knowledge of Alternative Project Delivery Methods (APDM), including Design-Build, Construction Manager at Risk (CMAR), and Job Order Contracting (JOC).

Experience managing highly sensitive projects within educational, municipal, and healthcare settings is essential.

Familiarity with building codes and the ability to interpret plans and specifications.

Understanding of Lean Construction practices and the Last Planner System.

Proficiency in technology including Microsoft products, Bluebeam, Viewpoint V6, Procore, and Primavera.
