$20.00 - 23.00 an hour

- Daily maintenance of the New & Updated NDC report
- Daily review and management of negative margin report
- Weekly review and management of HealthDirect over stock report
- Weekly ordering of Spikevax for HealthDirect
- Weekly review and management of KPH rebateable warehouse drugs
- Assist with reviewing and managing weekly Veridikal and NetRX reports
- Responsible for compiling monthly data to report to KPH Finance on Store Use, Donations, inventory transfers, MatchRx sales, and scrap/store out dates.
- Monthly review of Inmar and McKesson returns that are non-compliant for credit
- Responsible for planning and managing bi-annual pre-inventory meetings
- Attend local or high-volume inventories
- Ensure and validate that all inventory packets are complete and stored electronically
- Monthly review of HealthDirect Amazon purchases for cost saving opportunities
- Responsible for completing all mandatory and regulatory training programs
- Perform other duties as assigned
- Minimum High School Diploma (or currently enrolled) or GED
- Preferred AS Degree or higher
- Previous inventory experience preferred
- Pharmacy experience a plus
- Proficiency with Microsoft products, especially Excel
- Problem solving skills
- Organized and detail oriented
- Drug test
- Initial and continuous exclusion and sanction/disciplinary monitoring
- Any and all additional eligibility requirements based on the specific position
$20.00 - 23.00 an hour
