Compensation Package

Key Responsibilities
- Ringing out customer purchases accurately while ensuring total customer satisfaction.
- Providing excellent customer service by responding promptly to customer inquiries and resolving issues in a professional manner.
- Operating a POS register efficiently, including handling cash, check, and charge transactions.
- Maintaining a clean and organized checkout area, replenishing inventory as needed.
- Assisting customers with large purchases, carrying items out to their vehicles if necessary.
- Replenishing register supplies and maintaining a well-stocked checkout area.
- Answering phone calls professionally, using an appropriate greeting and maintaining customer service standards.
- Participating in inventory management, price marking, and merchandising activities to enhance store appearance and drive sales.
- Identifying and addressing potential shoplifting incidents in accordance with company policy.
- Collaborating with colleagues to implement Kinney Standard of Presentation (Merchandising) initiatives.
- Ordering replacement products from suppliers and returning outdated or overstocked merchandise.
- Preparing items for home/business delivery and completing mandatory training programs.
Qualifications and Requirements
- Availability and punctuality for scheduled work shifts.
- Previous experience in a related position is preferred, but not required.
