As an Architect at KinoD, you will have the opportunity to contribute to the development of single-family residential, multi-family residential, mixed-use, commercial, and industrial properties.

Responsibilities:

• Understand city, state, and federal codes and ordinances pertaining to real estate development
• Collaborate with the design and development teams to create innovative and functional architectural designs for various real estate properties.
• Develop detailed construction drawings and specifications.
• Ensure that all designs comply with relevant regulations and codes.
• Participate in project meetings and provide valuable input to enhance the design and development process.
• Conduct site visits and assessments to support the project development process.
• Collaborate with external stakeholders such as contractors, engineers, and consultants to ensure the successful execution of projects.

Qualifications:

• A degree in Architecture from an accredited institution is required.
• Proven experience in architectural design and development, preferably in the real estate industry ( 3 years).
• Proficiency in architectural design software such as AutoCAD, Revit, or similar programs.
• Strong understanding of building codes, zoning regulations, and construction techniques.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines effectively.
