Kinsale is an Excess & Surplus lines insurer specializing in hard-to-place, small to medium sized commercial accounts. We are currently hiring an Administrative Assistant to join our team onsite in Richmond, VA in our beautiful office building. This opportunity involves organization, accuracy, high attention to detail and proactive communication. We are extremely collaborative and give you the processes and tools to be successful at Kinsale. You need a strong work ethic, ability to multitask, professionalism and a good rapport with people.
Responsibilities :
- Greet visitors and notify appropriate employees of visitors' arrival.
- Answer incoming calls and connect callers with the appropriate department.
- Order supplies and ensure supply areas are tidy.
- Receive incoming mail and distribute it to the proper departments, along with adding postage to the outgoing mail.
- Coordinate and order lunches for onsite meetings.
- Support Compliance team by scanning incoming mail.
- Support Operations with Loss Run mailbox coverage.
- Support Business Development and Human Resources teams with various needs.
- Ad hoc administrative responsibilities
