The primary objective of the Customer Service Associate is to maintain customer satisfaction and serve customers through prompt and friendly interaction and assistance;
providing product and service information; completing sales transactions.

Principal Duties & Responsibilities
- Provide customers with an enjoyable shopping experience; including greeting customers, answering customer questions, exhibiting a cheerful attitude, and providing prompt attention to customer problems.
- Answer incoming phone calls
- Help assist in any Inventory Issues or tasks that may arise
- Maintain knowledge of products by attending information meetings; referring questions to supervisor or floor sales associates.
- Work through Weekly Task List as part of the Customer Service team
- Help maintain an accurate database of customer information and the customer mailing list
- Assist with sales floor presentation as customer traffic allows.
Expectations
- Communicate clearly with customers, other members of the Customer Service staff, sales associates and management team
- Represent Kinsey's Outdoors in a positive fashion to customers
- Show initiative, find tasks / projects to be completed during periods of time not attending to customers
- Perform all other tasks associated with daily operations of the Customer Service department
