SUMMARY OF POSITION
We are seeking dedicated haul truck Equipment Operators to join Kinsley’s Materials division. This role is essential to the safe and efficient operation of our quarry. The ideal candidate will be responsible for transporting materials within the site while following all safety guidelines. Previous equipment operating experience is preferred but not required—we are willing to train motivated individuals who are eager to learn.
TYPICAL RESPONSIBILITIES & ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS
- Safely operate haul trucks to transport materials within the quarry.
- Perform pre-operational checks on equipment and ensure proper maintenance.
- Work collaboratively with the team to ensure efficient and safe operations.
- Assist with other tasks as needed, including operating various other heavy equipment (e.g., loaders, excavators, etc.).
- Follow all safety protocols and regulations to maintain a safe work environment.
- Perform other related duties as needed.
REQUIREMENTS
- Previous equipment operating experience is preferred but not required
- Valid driver's license, CDL is a plus.
- Understanding of quarry operations and safety practices.
- Ability to work in a physically demanding environment and under various weather conditions.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety.
