THE OPPORTUNITY
Associate, Portfolio Implementation Management
The Portfolio Implementation Management Team is part of Global Portfolio Services. The Team’s mission is to provide advanced operational support to clients and investment teams by developing a deep understanding of their respective operational and service needs while acting as the central point of contact for both clients and investment teams. Additionally, our goal is to minimize the investment team’s involvement and oversight of portfolio implementation, tracking, and reporting so that they can focus on making investment decisions.
RESPONSIBILITIES
Portfolio Implementation Management (PIM) concentrates on four core areas :
- Portfolio operations central point of contact for investment teams and other internal stakeholders
- Act as Internal Advocate for the client for all portfolio operations tasks and inquiries
- Problem resolution and additional support for client portfolios
- Implementation of investment ideas to execute desired portfolio structure
Portfolio Implementation Management’s Key Objectives :
The Portfolio Implementation Management Associate will partner with senior members of the Portfolio Implementation Management team to provide support to investment teams and clients in the aforementioned areas.
