Rockwell Group is seeking a full-time Interior Designer to join our office in Los Angeles, CA.Responsibilities : Analyze program requirements and execute space planningDevelop and document design concepts for overall designs and space planning from Concept through Construction DocumentationAssist with FF&E documentationProduce 3D models and renderings with post-production in Photoshop that reflect the proposed floor plan layout, elevations, and FF&EResearch design materials and assist with material boxes for client reviewCoordinate with project interior designers and project managers to ensure project completion in compliance with design intentAssist with general Studio dutiesRequirements : 3 - 6 years of experience in architecture, interiors, and designBachelor's or master's degree in architecture and designHospitality design experience is highly preferredExperience with all project phases (Concept through Construction Administration), including built work is highly preferredStrong experience in Rhino, SketchUp, Adobe Creative Cloud, Revit, AutoCADAbility to render in V-Ray or EnscapeKnowledge of Spec Source and / or other specification softwareKnowledgeable in materials, millwork design, FF&E, and OS&E is preferredStrong organizational and time management skills, as well as the ability to meet fast-paced and changing deadlinesHighly motivated self-starter, with an attention to detailEnthusiasm for working on multi-disciplinary and highly collaborative teamsThis is a full-time, in-studio position with hybrid / work-from-home flexibility, provided it does not interfere with responsibilities and complies with current office policy outlined in the Rockwell Group Handbook. Salary is commensurate with qualifications and experience ranging from $75,000 to $105,000 excluding bonuses and other benefits. This is a good faith estimate based on the expectations laid out in the job description.
