Celestar Corporation is seeking a Senior-level Knowledge Manager (Web Developer – Web Services) supporting the United States Central Command (USCENTCOM) Directorate of Intelligence (J2) located at MacDill AFB in Tampa, Florida and at a variety of other locations throughout CONUS / OCONUS and the USCENTCOM Area of Responsibility (AOR) . Responsibilities :
- The contractor shall provide Web Developer support for designing, developing, and maintaining web applications / sites, including SharePoint development.
- Web Developers should have demonstrated proficiency in most if not all of the following : Classic ASP, JS, Visual Basic (VB) Script, HTML, C#, and additional experience with frameworks Angular and Angular JS.
- Design, develop, and maintain web applications written in Classic ASP, VB Script, Java, and HTML.
- Develop and maintain SharePoint based applications written for SharePoint server hosting and SharePoint REST Application Programming Interfaces (API) to add, update, and delete records from SharePoint lists.
- Apply Internet Information Services (IIS) based skills to ensure compatibility with IIS as a hosting platform.
- Have experience standing up web servers in a cloud environment.
- Be able to manage a web server in a cloud environment.
Required Experience : Minimum 12 years of experience related to the specific labor category with at least a portion of the experience within the last 2 years.
Desired Education : Master’s degree in an area related to the labor category from a college or university accredited by an agency recognized by the U.S. Department of Education; or have a Bachelor’s degree related to the labor category from a college or university accredited by an agency recognized by the U.S. Department of Education and an additional 5 years of related senior experience, for a total of 17 years, as a substitute for the Master’s degree.
