Rockwell Group, an award-winning architecture and multi-disciplinary design firm, seeks a full-time Studio Coordinator / Assistant with experience working in a fast-paced environment. This individual should be versatile, possess excellent communication skills, and be ready to support a dynamic and creative office.
Role :
Candidate will work closely with Studio Leaders & Partners and will act as a liaison between other studios and staff members. Responsibilities will include providing administrative support to the studio’s leadership team, providing external relations effort, and working on special assignments.
Main responsibilities include :
- Managing Studio Leader’s calendars and inbox.
- Assist with monthly expense reports for Studio Leaders.
- Coordinate travel plans for Studio Leaders and studio staff.
- Greeting clients and setting up meetings and conference spaces.
- Maintain knowledge of current studio projects and clients.
- Assist with tracking of projects, having quick access to all information regarding current project phases, ongoing proposals, agreements & urgent project related open items.
- Assist with staff and studio wide event planning.
- Assist with timesheets / absence requests.
- Working closely with other admins and assisting with other tasks as needed.
- Perform other tasks as assigned by Executive Assistant and / or Partner / Studio Leaders as needed.
- Assist with new studio hires and studio tour process.
Qualifications :
General Information :
This is a Full Time – In Studio position. Salary is commensurate with qualifications and experience ranging from $65,000 to $75,000 excluding bonuses and other benefits. This is a good faith estimate based on the expectations as laid out in the job description. The position offers a comprehensive benefits package that includes medical, dental, life insurance, 401k plan, and yearly performance reviews.
