Job Summary: We are seeking an experienced Recruiter/Human Resources Generalist who will focus on recruiting activities while growing skills in an overall HR environment. This position will report to the Human Resources Director.
In this role, you will assist the HR Director with HR operations across our multi-state facilities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Accountable for meeting recruitment KPIs set by the Director of HR to maintain and support operations headcount needs
- Proactively build and maintain a continuous pipeline of qualified candidates for current and future hiring needs
- Utilize innovative sourcing techniques to identify and engage top talent, while bringing new recruitment strategies to the leadership team
- Assist with development and execution of HR initiatives across multiple state locations
- Responsible for HR functions including recruitment, onboarding, benefits, training, performance management, and employee relations
- Ensure compliance with federal and state-specific employment laws and regulations
- Coordinate with facility managers to address location-specific HR needs and challenges
- Maintain consistent HR policies and procedures across all locations
- Oversee benefits administration and compensation programs
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
- 3-5 years of progressive HR experience, including multi-state operations Awareness of federal and state employment laws
- Ability to travel occasionally to various locations as needed
- SHRM-CP or PHR certification preferred Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Bilingual in both English and Spanish is preferred
