This role is part of the External Workforce team within HR, which centrally manages consultant operations. The Project Manager will lead critical initiatives to transition consultant management processes and ensure operational excellence across multiple stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities :
- Plan and execute the transition of consultant management from one provider to another, supported by department experts.
- Centralize the management of consultants currently handled locally.
- Collaborate with various teams and external providers to ensure seamless transitions while maintaining high-quality standards.
- Communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders, both verbally and in writing, predominantly in Swedish but also in English.
