They are now seeking a Business Development Manager to drive new client acquisition and help fuel the next phase of growth.
Responsibilities
- Identify and close new business opportunities across commercial and high-end residential portfolios
- Build strong relationships with property managers, developers, architects, and facilities teams
- Craft tailored proposals and pitches aligned with client needs
- Collaborate with operations and estimating teams for seamless service delivery
- Stay ahead of market trends to refine sales strategies and identify new opportunities
Desired Experience
- 4 years in outbound sales, business development, or account management (AEC, construction, property management, or facilities services ideal)
- Tenacious, proactive mindset with a track record of closing new business
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Strong client-facing presence and relationship-building ability
- Interest in the built environment, green space, or urban aesthetics (a plus—but not essential)
- Willingness to learn the landscape maintenance industry through hands-on training
- Bachelor’s degree preferred
