Sales Development Leader
We are a leading design/build contractor looking for a Sales Development Leader to drive growth in our business division.
The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of success in sales, business development, or account management, with a strong understanding of the AEC, construction, property management, or facilities services industries.
Main Responsibilities:
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities across commercial and high-end residential portfolios
- Foster strong relationships with key stakeholders, including property managers, developers, architects, and facilities teams
- Craft and present compelling proposals and pitches tailored to client needs
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless service delivery
- Staying abreast of market trends to inform sales strategies and identify new opportunities
Requirements:
- Proven experience in sales, business development, or account management (AEC, construction, property management, or facilities services ideal)
- A proven track record of success in closing new business
- Exceptional communication and negotiation skills
- Strong client-facing presence and relationship-building ability
- Interest in the built environment, green space, or urban aesthetics (a plus—but not essential)
- Ability to learn the landscape maintenance industry through hands-on training
- Bachelor's degree preferred
