About the Company
General Contractor with an excellent pipeline of work is seeking an experienced Superintendent, with a background in carpentry to join their growing team in Queens.
Position Overview
- Lead commercial interior fit-outs ensuring top-tier quality, efficiency, and adherence to strict schedules.
- Oversee on-site operations, subcontractor coordination, and safety enforcement to deliver successful projects.
- Manage project execution, working closely with project managers, clients, and key stakeholders.
- Identify and resolve site challenges, ensuring seamless project flow.
Experience Required
- 5 years of construction industry experience
- Prior experience working as a Carpenter/Carpenter Foreman is preferred
- Must have prior experience working as a Superintendent at a General Contractor
- Experience working in airports or on Aviation projects is nice-to-have but not essential
- Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills.
- Track record of delivering projects on time and within budget.
