Taking data to use it with the data to create dashboard and reporting up – they use Quick sight for Dashboard. They work with Immerse as well (down the road, I looked it up, this is a VR Technology). This role will be a pretty diverse role – this person needs to have good leadership skills and be comfortable with this role changing down the line. Its definitely more of a leadership position.
Problem solving and presentation skills.
This is a new spin off team of CORE and will be helping a new division in the company. Cloud Ops Resilience Engineer group (CORE) – previously referred as EP Tech – in October CORE was elevated to its own LOB. Now they have top of house functions to assume as their own LOB. Portfolio and strategy management team and how this was managed, JIRA admin, etc. They are now staffing up a team that will serve with similar functions. This person will be working with key customers (VP leadership level) so must have excellent comm skills- will be presenting information and working directly with the VP level. There is a chance that this moves over to more of a PM area of CORE for the portfolio – this person currently work directly with her. She is looking for someone from an enterprise organization.
Team structure – they have a few consultants currently supporting this work. They have a dashboarding SME right now too and they will be interfacing with leadership support and portfolio. Administering JIRA so leadership can make decisions. Right now this team is very fluid, it’s a new group, she couldn’t really define exactly who they would be interfacing with on a day to day, mostly leadership.
