Our approach to business is simple — treat each other and our customers like family.Summary/Objective:The Order Management Specialist supports the needs of the business by meticulously handling order entry, coordinating work orders and truck schedules, managing inquiries via email, ensuring timely order fulfillment, and strategically documenting project details. This role is 100% on-site.The pay range for this role is fixed at $50,000 to $60,000 annually, commensurate with experience. This position is well-suited for candidates with strong office administration skills and precise data entry abilities. We're looking for individuals who excel in managing administrative tasks with precision and thrive in dynamic office environments.Essential Functions:
- Inputcustomer orders into the ERP system.
- Facilitateorder expediting for the sales department.
- Generateand schedule work orders for the warehouse.
- Addresscustomer service inquiries concerning orders, predominantly via email.
- Guaranteetimely and budget-conscious delivery of all orders.
- Strategize and documentall elements of a designated project
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Extremely proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines.
- Able to function well in afast-paced and evolving environment.
- High School Diploma required
- Bachelor’s degree preferred.
- Prior customer service and/or project management experience is preferred.
- Prior experience in a distribution, warehouse, or light manufacturing environment is a plus.
