OVERVIEW
PURPOSE OF JOB:
To process billings and shipments accurately in a timely manner in compliance with Kintetsu World Express (U.S.A.), Inc. (KWE) operations policies.

Paid Time Off (PTO)
- PTO begins to accrue for eligible new hires on their first day of employment with the Company, subject to the accrual cap.
Paid Holidays
- Newly hired employees are entitled to all mandatory and optional/shift holidays that remain for the calendar year. A newly hired employee who begins employment after January 1 of the calendar year is not entitled to more than ten (12) paid holidays for that calendar year.
Retirement Plan
- 401(k) Plan (current employer match .50 cents for each employee dollar) subject to the current vesting schedule.
Student Loan Assistance
- Eligible for student loan assistance after three (3) months of continuous employment, pending verification.
- Company monthly contribution of $437.50, not to exceed an annual contribution of $5,250.00.
- Any eligible employee participating in both Student Loan Assistance Program and Tuition Reimbursement Program is subject to a total maximum annual amount of $5,250.00 for both programs combined for the calendar year.
Tuition Reimbursement
- Eligibility for Tuition Reimbursement is three (3) months of continuous employment.
- Reimbursement is limited to $5,250.00 per employee per calendar year.
- Any eligible employee participating in both Student Loan Assistance Program and Tuition Reimbursement Program is subject to a total maximum annual amount of $5,250.00 for both programs combined for the calendar year.

RESPONSIBILITIES
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Create billing sheet based on the most updated SOP and/or any internal/external instructions
- Create billing invoice and send them to customers in timely and accurately
- Process daily pre-alerts and shipping documents according to both branch nd customer requirements to provide arrival details prior to flight arrival. Daily
- Contact carrier for on-board confirmation to trace consolidation movements, Daily.
- Process advance payments Import Service Fee (ISF) to either Carrier or Cargo Freight Station, by Cargosprint or carrier voucher prior to flight arrival to ensure shipments can be released to designated vendor for pick up without delay for timely delivery to avoid incurring storage charges
- Maintain consolidation board with detailed information to monitor freight arrival and document preparation. Daily.
- Create consolidation file folder with detailed information that is required by import Standard Operating Procedure (SOP), maintain copy of airline payments (Cargosprint, voucher copy or draft check) copy, Daily.
- Arrange consolidation document pickup, Daily.
- Break down consolidation pouch. Daily
- Process shipment into Unified Freight System (UFS), release documents and close files. Daily
- Document turn over to Brokerage department. or customer's designated broker. Daily.
- Dispatch with trucker for delivery, Daily.
- Update milestones into UFS, Daily.
