Essential Duties & Responsibilities
- Provide service and support to both customers and overseas offices regarding shipment arrangement, status, transit schedule, and/or any irregularity
- Monitor and provide booking & on-board confirmation to all parties for handling accounts
- Arranges pick up and delivery schedule
- Handles shipment on-hand and setups
- Create shipment reports for customers and branch management
- Log all damages and loss to report to department supervisor and manager
- Abide by transportation security administration regulations
- Joins monthly Customer Service Meeting
- Joins training and review meeting for all handling accounts
