Purpose of Job

To provide service and support to customers and overseas offices by providing required information and documentations in compliances with U.S. Export regulations and customers expectations in timely manner.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities

• Provide service and support to both customers and overseas offices regarding shipment arrangement, status, transit schedule, and/or any irregularity
• Monitor and provide booking & on-board confirmation to all parties for handling accounts
• Arranges pick up and delivery schedule
• Handles shipment on-hand and setups
• Create shipment reports for customers and branch management
• Log all damages and loss to report to department supervisor and manager
• Abide by transportation security administration regulations
• Joins monthly Customer Service Meeting
• Joins training and review meeting for all handling accounts
