Role Overview

Key Responsibilities
- Content Creation: Write compelling content for websites, social media, newsletters, and reports.
- Social Media Management: Plan and post engaging content, track engagement, and maintain brand consistency across platforms.
- Collaboration: Work closely with teams to ensure messaging aligns with business goals and supports workforce initiatives and philanthropic communications.
- Content Optimization: Repurpose content for different formats and audiences to maximize impact.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in content creation with a strong portfolio.
- Excellent writing, editing, and proofreading skills.
- Strong organizational and time management abilities.
- Experience managing social media content and engagement.
- Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams and adapt content for various audiences.
- Familiarity with senior living, marketing, content management, and social media tools is a plus.
