Job Description:
This Certified Medical Assistant will assist with prepping charts, managing appointment schedules, maintaining cleanliness, and communicating patient status and needs to the clinician. The successful candidate will work under direct supervision of a healthcare practitioner and use their clinical knowledge and skills to meet the healthcare needs of our patients.
Key Responsibilities:
- Greet patients, prepare them for physical examinations, and obtain vital signs.
- Assist physicians during examinations and treatments.
- Perform ancillary testing and tasks as ordered by the supervising practitioner.
Requirements:
- Associate's degree and 3 years' experience or 5-years' medical assisting experience in a clinic setting.
- Washington State Medical Assistant Certified or Medical Assistant Interim certification, WA State Only.
