Revenue Cycle Representative
The Revenue Cycle Representative is responsible for processing charges and bill claims to various payers, transmitting paper claims, and manually posting remittances. This role will coordinate encounter-level reviews with the follow-up and coding teams to ensure accurate claims data.
This position requires a strong attention to detail and excellent communication skills. The ideal candidate will be able to work collaboratively with all levels of management and staff to ensure seamless operations.
- Billing unbilled encounters to various commercial payers
- Generating and transmitting electronic claims; managing payer requests for paper claims
- Maintaining and resolving items in claims and billing-related work queues
The successful candidate will have three years of administrative or customer service experience in a healthcare setting and proficiency in Epic's billing workflows.

- Three years of administrative or customer service experience in a healthcare setting
- Proficiency in Epic's billing workflows
- Ability to work collaboratively with all levels of management and staff
- Proven ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion and professionalism
- Bachelor's degree or four (4) years of relevant experience
Working Conditions
This is primarily a sedentary role with prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer.
