About the Role
The successful candidate will be responsible for collaborating closely with Sales, Marketing, Operations, and Finance teams to implement strategies that ensure the success of dealerships. This includes new dealer acquisition, strengthening relationships with existing dealerships, and identifying opportunities to improve performance in existing underperforming dealers.
Responsibilities
- Conduct market assessments to identify dealership opportunities aligned with Kinze's strategic goals.
- Research and identify opportunities to add professional dealership partner outlets in new or existing markets.
- Develop and maintain a pipeline of qualified dealership prospects for expansion/future growth opportunities.
- Presents financial metrics and return on investment to potential dealers, aligning with their business goals.
- Creates and presents financial projections and expectations (Year 1, Year 3, and Year 5) for dealer prospects.
- Develops a well-crafted dealer methodology and resources outlining the key advantages, support systems, and benefits of being a Kinze dealer.
- Collaborates with District Sales Managers on underperforming and new dealer prospects to ensure smooth transitions and successful dealer assignments.
