What are the responsibilities and job description for the Parts and Service Representative position at KINZE MANUFACTURING?
A Blue Equipment parts and service representative will be responsible for directing and managing all parts and service activities including: “Customer First” initiatives, gross and net profit goals, asset management and customer satisfaction, all while contributing to the overall growth of the dealership.
- Provide outstanding and professional customer service by acknowledging walk-in customers immediately upon arrival at parts counter.
- Administer an effective, creative, monthly visual parts display with current featured monthly flyer parts and/or seasonal items with all items priced.
- Manage an effective parts delivery and pickup system within established territory.
- Maintain a personal presence in the territory to develop new customer prospects and grow existing ones.
- Manage key vendor and customer relationships.
- Ensure timely resolution of all internal and external customer complaints. Quickly address pricing, product or customer service issues with customers.
- Work closely with Service Department to achieve Customer First initiatives.
- Schedule and coordinate service calls.
- Responsible for parts inventory.
