Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and efficient Dishwasher/Busser to join our team in a up-scale food service environment in Kinzo, located in 14111 King Rd, Frisco. This role is essential in maintaining cleanliness and organization within the kitchen and dining areas, ensuring a seamless experience for our guests. The ideal candidate will possess strong communication skills and a commitment to providing excellent customer service while supporting the service staff.
Responsibilities
- Wash and sanitize dishes, utensils, and cooking equipment to maintain cleanliness standards.
- Assist in bussing tables, clearing away used dishes, and resetting for the next guests.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area, including dishwashing stations and dining spaces.
- Communicate effectively with kitchen staff to ensure timely service and address any needs or concerns.
- Support catering events by preparing dining areas and assisting with food service as needed.
- Adhere to all food handling safety regulations and guidelines to ensure a safe environment for both staff and customers.
Experience
- Previous experience in the food industry or food service is preferred but not required.
- Familiarity with kitchen operations, including dishwashing techniques and bussing procedures, is beneficial.
- Strong attention to detail with a focus on cleanliness and hygiene standards.
