The base pay range for this role is estimated to be $104,250 - $152,00 at the time of posting. Final compensation will be determined by various factors such as work location, education, experience, knowledge, and skills.
Tasks and Qualifications :
This is What You Will do in This Role :
Develop and foster relationship with Installation and Manufacturing Team and Customers in order to analyze manufacturing improvements regarding Dematic products.
Ensures operational standards are in place and meet Dematic standards for Safety and Quality.
Work with Industrial Engineering and Quality teams to improve production standards regarding proper documentation (PFMEA, Work Instructions, Standard Operating Procedures, etc.)
Organize and provide trainings for proper Industrial Documentation adherence.
Addresses technical issues and proposes improvements to production processes.
Apply LEAN principles to current manufacturing processes to improve quality, and efficiency.
This is What We Are Looking For :
Bachelor's Degree in Engineering or related discipline. Will consider equivalent experience.
Willingness to travel to domestic and international manufacturing sites up to 25%.
8 years demonstrated Lean / Continuous Improvement experience in Manufacturing or Process Quality.
Understanding of production related documentation, including Control Plans, PFMEA, Work Instructions, and SOP's.
Experience leading Quality / Troubleshooting activities using Root Cause Analysis, 5 Whys, Plan-Do-Check-Act (PDCA) and Fault Tree Analysis.
Experience leading and implementing Continuous Improvement Methodology.
Ability to work with global cross-functional teams.
