Tasks and Qualifications :
This Is What You Will Do in This Role
Work closely with HR business partners and business leaders to understand and fulfill staffing needs
Lead full-cycle recruitment processes
Analyze data, advise on talent strategy and market trends
Innovate recruitment approaches and leverage technology and sourcing techniques to locate, engage and attract top talent
Build and maintain strong relationships across all organizational levels
What We Are Looking For
Bachelor’s degree in human resources, business or other related field
Minimum 5 years’ recruiting experience in a high-paced, technical organization
Proven strong, technical sales experienceg
Prior experience leading successful talent acquisition projects
Ability to self-manage and execute work with little direction
Ability to handle multiple projects, coordinate multiple requests and set priorities accordingly
Proficiency in MS Office and experience with recruitment tools (e.g., Workday, LinkedIn)
Keep a pulse on the job market with advanced job matching technology.
