Key Responsibilities
The Human Resources Administrator will perform the following key responsibilities:
- Process and administer payroll for the company via ADP services.
- Assist with reports related to payroll, taxes, compensation, commissions, etc.
- Manage and update monthly employee census report and organizational charts.
- Assist with onboarding of all new employees.
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you must possess:
- A Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management, Organizational Development, Business Administration, or related field.
- 1 years of experience in Human Resources.
- Payroll experience preferred.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
