Job Description

KIOXIA America is looking for an experienced Sr.Business Development Manager (Sr.BDM) within the sales organization.  The Sr.BDM will be responsible for developing new accounts and opportunities in the Data Center segment by working directly with the end customers or working with ODM partners, bring those opportunities to revenue, and manage hand-off to the regional sales team as appropriate. You will drive and manage account development strategy at both a tactical and strategic level while closely working with customers and cross-functional teams within KIOXIA America.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Work with marketing to create target lists of key Data Center accounts and qualify opportunities
  • Collaborate with various different partners for business opportunities especially the server ODMs
  • Own the front end of the opportunity pipeline process
  • Responsible for initial screening of customers’ interests/needs and pain points
  • Develop and nurture customer relationships at all levels (Especially with Storage Architects and HW engineers)

Qualifications

  • 8 years of experience at a high-technology company
  • BS in Engineering (Computer or Electrical) strongly preferred
  • Experience in working with Data Center customers
  • Experience in selling SSDs preferred
  • Experience in business development
  • Excellent leadership skills, strong strategic and tactical planning/execution skills
  • Excellent presentation and communication skills with customers and management
  • Extremely proactive, highly organized, with proven ability to manage multiple customers/tasks
  • Highly results driven

The expected salary for this position is $135,878.00 - $224,203.00.
