We are currently seeking a skilled and dedicated Property Maintenance Technician to join our team! The ideal candidate will be responsible for performing a variety of maintenance tasks to ensure the functionality and safety of our residential property. The job tasks will require electrical, plumbing, drywall, and painting experience.
Responsibilities:
- Complete work orders and repairs in a timely fashion
- Assist with groundskeeping, lawn care, and snow removal.
- Perform routine preventive maintenance
- Must have own tools, driver's license, and reliable transportation.
- Oversee work performed by outside contractors as necessary
- Provide excellent customer service by addressing tenant concerns promptly and professionally.
- Position requires on-call duties after hours and weekends.
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in maintenance or similar role
- Familiarity with maintenance tools and equipment
- Ability to handle physical workload and work with minimal supervision
- Deadline and detail-oriented, and ability to multi-task.
- Good communication skills
- Strong knowledge in electrical, plumbing, and painting a must.
