Buying Coordinator, eCommerce, Americas Packs
What will you do?
A day in the life of a Buying Coordinator, eCommerce on the Americas Eastpak, JanSport and Kipling Commercial Team looks a little like this. As the eCommerce buying coordinator, you will own purchase orders and style set up, manage sample inventory, run ad-hoc reporting as needed and work cross functionally with the site operations team and the marketplace team. This role will report directly to the Senior Manager, eCommerce Buying.

Hiring Range:
$61,600.00 USD - $77,000.00 USD annually
Incentive Potential: This position is eligible for additional compensation awards that may include an annual incentive plan, sales incentive, or commission potential. Buying Coordinator, eCommerce, Americas Packs
What will you do?
A day in the life of a Buying Coordinator, eCommerce on the Americas Eastpak, JanSport and Kipling Commercial Team looks a little like this. As the eCommerce buying coordinator, you will own purchase orders and style set up, manage sample inventory, run ad-hoc reporting as needed and work cross functionally with the site operations team and the marketplace team. - Manage all purchase orders by season ensuring that cost, retail & units received are accurate
- Manage organization of all eCommerce samples including unpacking, sorting & pulling for photo shoots/internal meetings
- Responsible for uploading & maintaining pricing on website, ensuring accuracy
- Responsible for inventory management including but not limited to segment transfers and running a daily inventory report to relay new arrivals to Senior Manager
- Responsible for inter-company orders
- Responsible for updating database weekly as well as seasonally, maintaining master SKU list & update as needed
- Responsible for updating selling files
- Ad-hoc reporting as needed
- Responsible for marketplace assortment sheets

- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, specifically Excel, including but not limited to pivot tables and working with large data sets
- Ability to multitask in a face paced environment
- Must have strong attention to detail & excellent communication skills
- Interest in eCommerce and the digital retail landscape
- Business or fashion background preferred
- Knowledge of AS400, Salesforce, Business Intelligence
