KIPP New Jersey is seeking a School Operations Manager to lead critical administrative functions, manage student records, and foster a seamless school experience for families, staff, and students.
Here's what you'll be doing :
Student Records & Compliance
- Coordinate student registration, transfers, withdrawals, and record maintenance throughout the school year and summer sessions.
- Manage the school’s student information system, ensuring data accuracy for attendance, grades, class schedules, and personal records.
- Serve as the custodian of student records, ensuring compliance with state and district regulations.
- Lead the printing and distribution of report cards and manage audit-related uploads.

Compensation & Benefits
The salary range for this position is $60,000-$78,956 with compensation based on experience in comparable school-based operations roles.
