Job Description
The Inside Sales Representative will play a fundamental role in achieving our customer acquisition and revenue growth objectives. You must be comfortable making dozens of calls per day, working with stakeholders, generating interest, qualifying prospects, and closing sales. Kipu Health is a SaaS solution built specifically to support Behavioral Health centers including Addiction Treatment and Eating Disorder facilities using their EMR, CRM and Integrated Billing platforms. You will be positioned for growth within our team and have the industry's best assets available for your success.
Your Responsibilities
- Identify potential clients within our target market and complete appropriate research on the prospective client’s business and needs.
- Utilize internal CRM to manage your territory and cadence.
- Maintain accurate up-to-date sales lead tracking and pipeline.
- Become a subject matter expert on our business products, processes, and operations, and remain up to date on industry news.
- Generate interest in Kipu Health solutions through cold calling and following up on company-provided hot leads.
- Cross-selling to an existing base of clients with our CRM and RCM solutions.
- Identify, initiate, and nurture relationships with prospects over the phone, via e-mail, and face-to-face visits.
- Utilize CRM Salesforce Automation tools for contact management, opportunity tracking, sales pipeline management, forecasting and sales reporting.
- Achieving, and exceeding, weekly/monthly metrics (appointments, qualified leads, opportunities, demos, etc.).
- Negotiate contract terms with clients and communicate terms to stakeholders.
- Learn the benefits and features of our industry-leading brand and sustain the knowledge to nurture success.
- Build a strong foundation of industry knowledge to expertly handle client objections.
Your Qualifications
- 1 to 2 years of proven inside sales experience.
- Track record of over-achieving established targets.
- Experience working with Salesforce.com or similar CRM.
- Passion for building relationships and cultivating partnerships.
- Knowledge of market research, sales and negotiating principles
- Persuasive and confident communication experience.
- Ability to quickly learn and apply new information in customer-facing scenarios.
- Prospecting experience.
- Social media marketing and networking experience.
- Positive and collaborative attitude.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience within the Addiction Treatment and Behavioral Health Industry.
- Experience in EMR or general SaaS sales.
