Summary
As an Integrations Technical Support Specialist, you will be responsible for providing top-notch technical support to our API and Integration users. You will work closely with our customers, developers, and internal teams to troubleshoot, diagnose, and resolve technical issues related to our API services and Integrations.
***Preference will be given to applicants located in Florida, as well as Salt Lake City, Utah and Phoenix, Arizona.***
Responsibilities:
- Provide technical support for API & Integration users, including troubleshooting and problem-solving
- Understand and resolve API/Integration related issues reported by customers or partners
- Collaborate with the development team to improve API & Integration functionality and performance
- Develop and maintain technical documentation in partnership with the Education team, including API & Integration guides, FAQs, and knowledge base articles
- Conduct API & integration training sessions for customers and internal teams
- Stay updated with the latest industry trends and all applicable technologies related to our services
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field or equivalent experience
- Proven experience in a technical support role
- Strong understanding of RESTful APIs, HTTP protocol, and Websockets.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Strong communication skills, with the ability to explain complex technical concepts to a non-technical audience.
- Familiarity with programming languages such as Python, Java, or JavaScript is a plus
