Daily Tasks:
- Conduct routine inspections of premises and equipment
- Perform preventative maintenance
- Handle basic repairs and maintenance tasks
- Supervise contractors for specialized repairs
- Maintain a large fleet of automobiles, ensuring cleanliness and reliability
- Perform lawn care for four large properties
- Open and close graves
- Install grave markers
