Kirby Bates Associates, a national healthcare leadership firm, has an engagement opportunity for an Interim Director, Emergency Department in Virginia.
This facility is a Level II trauma hospital with over 80 thousand visits per year.
Reporting to the Director are Managers, Supervisors, Registered Nurses, and an Educator.
Requirements:
- BSN.
- Virginia nursing license preferred (Virginia is a compact state).
- Emergency Department leadership experience.
- Large ED experience.
Our leaders receive an attractive compensation package including housing, transportation, and regular travel home.
The pay rate for this position is $850- $900 per day ($221,000 – $234,000 annually). The final pay rate is determined by experience, expertise, and education.
