Kirby Bates Associates, a national healthcare leadership firm, has an engagement opportunity for an Interim Director of Nursing – Dialysis in Wisconsin.
This organization is a Magnet designated community hospital.
The Interim leader will have oversight for inpatient and outpatient dialysis. Reporting to the leader will be a Nurse Manager and Team Leader.
Requirements:
- BSN required.
- Dialysis experience required, prefer 3-5 years’ experience in dialysis.
- Wisconsin nursing license (Wisconsin is a compact state)
- Leadership experience.
Our leaders receive an attractive compensation package including housing, transportation, and regular travel home.
The pay rate for this position is $850- $900 per day ($221,000 – $234,000 annually). The final pay rate is determined by experience, expertise, and education.
