Shift: Day shift
Schedule: M-F 40 hours per week(No on-call required)
Description: Full-time Physician Assistant or Nurse Practitioner for the Monticello Kirby Medical Group family practice clinic, located within Kirby Medical Center. Provides a wide range of primary care services, while working with supervising physician. Encompasses health promotion, injury & illness prevention, diagnosis, and treatment. This position works alongside and in support of a physician and serves a panel of patients across the age spectrum. Kirby Medical Group is an award-winning outpatient family practice clinic serving Piatt and surrounding counties on the beautiful Kirby Medical Center campus. Qualifications:
- 3-5 years of family medicine experience
- IL licensure
- BLS certification
