The Senior Project Manager is a critical leader responsible for influencing company project practices, delivery of complex projects, team guidance, and mentorship. This role will strategically lead teams to successful completion of construction projects through the removal of challenging barriers and ensuring team members have what they need to be successful through expertise in commercial building.

Essential Duties And Responsibilities
The essential functions include, but are not limited to the following:
- Oversight of multiple project teams or single large project team to ensure all projects are properly staffed, meeting established milestones, and client relationships are managed
- Facilitate team building, mentorship, training, staffing, and performance reviews
- Lead preconstruction efforts by partnering with estimating for bids, proposals, and interview preparation
- Work with Superintendent’s and the Safety Team to ensure safety compliance of assigned job sites
- Partner with Leadership to develop and implement a market engagement strategy
- Delivery of individual projects in addition to oversight of teams
- Proactively evaluate, manage, and communicate areas of risk for each project’s financial position
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or Construction Management and 12 years relevant management experience preferred, but not required
- Confident and professional while conducting project interviews and internal/external interactions
- Advanced with MS Office Suite, MS Project or P6 (scheduling), Bluebeam, Procore or Sage (construction management), and PowerPoint or Prezi (presenting)
- Efficient in time management, the ability to multi-task and adhere to/meet deadlines along with a strong attention to detail
- Must have a strong customer-oriented approach and demonstrated professional demeanor
- Current driver’s license and insurable driving record
